Glenn Garcia

Glenn Garcia was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He attended FIU. Glenn was awarded a Merit Scholarship to attend St. Thomas University College of Law where he received his J.D. in 2022 graduating cum laude. During Glenn’s time at St. Thomas he served as an Academic Success Fellow, working hand-in-hand with Law School Administration and mentoring current and incoming law students. Glenn worked with Alfredo Garcia, Dean Emeritus, providing support in drafting and editing "Criminal Law – Concepts and Practice, Fifth Edition". Glenn further served as the Executive Editor of the St. Thomas Journal of Complex Litigation, and as the Vice President of the St. Thomas Moot Court Board. Throughout Mr. Garcia’s law school career he showed a proficiency in analysis and argument, winning the Best Brief Award in the 2020 and also represented the College of Law in multiple competitions. Glenn was awarded Dean’s List 5 times. Glenn’s academic endeavors led to his recognition by the Order of Barristers for his exceptional skills in trial, oral advocacy and brief writing. Glenn now focuses his practice on defending Employers, Carriers, and Third-Party Administrators in Workers’ Compensation matters. He remains passionate about mentoring students and assisting them in reaching their dreams.
